Hey there, I’m Zach- an artist (MFA Arts Leadership, Seattle University) and registered nurse (BS Nursing, Loyola University Chicago) with a zeal for blending creativity, science, and social impact. I created FORM TO TABLE as a new artistic endeavor.

I'm interested in how the arts can empower communities, foster healing, and inspire progress at both individual and systemic levels. With a background in the performing arts and a deep commitment to serving others, I bring a unique perspective to my career path—using compassion, storytelling, and design thinking to bridge gaps in care and communication.

I’ve spent fifteen years in the performing arts industry as a professional actor, director, and administrator for regional theaters across the Unites States. Now that I primarily work in healthcare, my interests have diversified into a passion for travel, creative writing, and photography.
